Reservation Agreement

By clicking ‘I agree to the Reservation Agreement’, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accept the terms and conditions of this Reservation Agreement and authorise the refundable reservation fee indicated to be immediately processed (subject to the terms in this Reservation Agreement).

Consent to use of your Personal Information
By completing this Vehicle Reservation, you accept and consent to your personal information being collected, used, held and disclosed in accordance with the Škoda New Zealand privacy policy available at https://www.skoda.co.nz/other/privacy-policy (the “Privacy Policy”) without qualification.

Reserving your interest in a Škoda is dependent on a credit card hold being placed for the reservation amount of $500. The credit card supplied will be held for a maximum of 7 working days from the date the credit card hold is placed.

Reservation
1. 1.1.By reserving your Škoda you are expressing interest in the specified vehicle. Your reservation payment places you at the top of the priority order queue and shows your intent to enter a VOSA for the vehicle with your chosen Dealership.
2. 1.2.The credit card hold does not guarantee a vehicle will be supplied; it ensures that your position as a priority consumer to be contacted before all others.
3. 1.3.Upon confirmation of a successful credit card hold, Škoda New Zealand will pass your details to your selected Škoda dealership for discussing any potential purchase.
4. 1.4.The hold on the credit card will be released whether you proceed to completion of purchase with a dealership or not. This hold will not form part of a deposit for your chosen vehicle.

By reserving your Škoda you confirm to us that the card used is registered to you and/or you are authorised to use the payment method put forward.

We will confirm your credit card hold by email, using the email address you have provided.

Product and Pricing

All Škoda vehicles featured on this website are built to existing specifications and do not include optional extras. The price as stated exclude the on-road costs and delivery charges (where applicable), except in the case of obvious error. Despite our best efforts, some of the products listed may be incorrectly priced. Always finalise prices and specifications with your chosen Škoda Dealership. All prices on the Website include GST at the rate of 15%.
